1. Placing an Order

By placing an order on CYRIS, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot reach you for confirmation or if the address is incomplete.

2. Cash on Delivery

All orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is made to the delivery rider at the time of receipt. Please have the correct amount ready. Refusing delivery without prior notice may result in your account being flagged for future orders.

3. Order Confirmation

We call every customer before dispatching their order. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your order confirmation is final.

5. Exchanges

We accept size and item exchanges within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details. We do not offer cash refunds.

6. Product Images

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

7. Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the rare case that an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or cancel the order.
