Exchange Window
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds — only size or item exchanges.
What Can Be Exchanged
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at Cyrisshop@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a photo of the item.
- We will confirm the exchange and share the return address.
- Ship the item back — return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, no payment is collected at the door if you refuse the parcel. If you have already accepted the order and want to exchange, follow the steps above.
Order Confirmation Call
We call every customer before dispatching to confirm the order, size, and address. Please keep your phone reachable after placing an order.
